Determined to fully realize his original dream for the "BOLISS" brand, Mr. Charles established his own company, Anji Longbo Furniture Co., LTD., in early 2009. Leveraging a new design concept, high manufacturing standards, and efficient management, the company aims to provide customers with "comfortable, beautiful, and cost-effective products" – a marked difference from traditional industry offerings.

Through the careful management of the entire industrial chain, from design and development to raw material procurement, manufacturing, and product testing, the company has established the "BOLISS" quality standard, surpassing even the international BIFMA standard. The company's state-of-the-art facilities, including 7 automated injection molding workshops, 3 lean production assembly lines, and extensive storage, allow it to produce up to 60,000 "BOLISS" office chairs per month.

Complementing the robust production capacity, the company has also implemented modern management systems, such as the Japanese lean production approach and the Taiwan GAOGE ERP software, to streamline its operations and enhance its overall management capabilities.
